FINDERS FEE AGREEMENT
This is a finders fee agreement between Angel Realty Consultants Joan Katz (Party A) and

(Party B) ____________________________ dated _____________ .

Angel Realty Consultants  , Joan Katz,  agrees to pay

for the property located at:_______________________________________

This finders fee will be paid to (Party B) for locating and referring the said property when the said property is in fact sold to Angel Realty Consultants  .  The finders fee  will be paid to (Party B)  at the time of closing, only if said property closes.

This is a legal binding agreement. By both parties signing the agreement they have read and understand their obligations of the finders fee agreement.

By signing this agreement you acknowledge and agree that  you are NOT an employee of Angel Realty Consultants. You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on any referral fees received.  And Angel Realty Consultants submits a 1099 to the IRS, as required by law.
